REGISTRATION
Bookings must be made via the official website. Full payment is required to confirm attendance. Fees include event access as specified. A 9% service charge applies.
SUBSTITUTIONS
All tickets are transferable within the same organisation with prior written notice.
CANCELLATIONS (PARTICIPANT)
All bookings are final. No refunds.
Tickets may be transferred to another attendee, event, or future edition (subject to approval).
EVENT CHANGES / CANCELLATION
The organiser may modify the programme, venue, or schedule.
If postponed or cancelled, tickets are non-refundable but will be transferred to a similar event, new date, or held as credit.
